Right of withdrawal
In the event that the signing of a contract for the purchase takes place outside the business premises, the sale is considered to be governed by Decree n. 21 of 26.03.2014 which provides the opportunity for the purchaser to exercise the right of withdrawal.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days.
The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day you or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments made on our behalf, including the cost of delivery (except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day when we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. Such refunds will be made using the same payment method as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, will not incur any fees as a result of such redemption.
